Could Ciara be signing on with SRC/ Universal Motown after leaving Jive Records? Those are the rumors currently circulating the urban pop singer after she and her manager had a business meeting with with SRC Records chairman/CEO Steve Rifkind. Afterwards, Rifkind tweeted, "Just had a great meeting with Ciara and her manager. She is poised for greatness, really impressed."Could his label be the one that resuscitates CiCi's career?
